If you have chosen a signature template:
Download Template, get it signed by students, scan it in high resolution (300dpi).
Save your file in .JPG or .PDF format and then upload below in Step 6
Template 3 and Template 4 are not for Downloading.
Template 3: Please provide list of Students Names, saved as Excel, .PDF or .txt format and upload below in Step 6.
Template 4: Please get all students to sign an A4 or A3 sheet of paper, scan it in high resolution (300dpi), save it as .JPG or PDF format and upload below in Step 6.
For best results, students should sign the page using a fine black felt tip marker or black ball point pen.
NB: "Word (.doc)" files or "Camera Photos" will not be accepted.
